Gentle womb massage

A deeply restorative gentle womb massage for organ realignment after birth with naval oiling to help balance the Dharan Chakra (a Punjabi Postpartum Treatment).
I will use a rebozo shawl for wrapping, the hand woven cloths hold you naturally by offering comfort and the perfect tension similar to your natural fascia which further hold your pelvis in place. This treatment helps you energetically release stagnate emotions and works on restoring balance and harmony back to your womb space and whole body as well.

Fourth Trimester
What Happens when we get home (outside UK)
Virtual Fourth Trimester planning is what all new mums and parents must have. This session aims to take away the feeling of overwhelm when you first come home with your newborn. With over 30 years of childcare experience and expertise I will answer all the questions you have and teach you tried and tested methods on baby care during those early days that will greatly benefit you. This is an excellent preparation session which will not only boost your confidence but provide you with up to date evidence based research and information on how to take the best care of your baby. We will cover everything from Infant feeding behaviour to all aspects of newborn care so you are better equipped and able to fully focus on your new role as a Mother with confidence.
